Encarna has vast experience in construction methodology and detailing after first undertaking an Advanced 5-year VT II Vocational Training course in the subject. Following this, Encarna has gained essential experience working in both residential and commercial sectors.  Encarna later undertook a 2-year course in ‘Advanced Expert in Prevention of Occupational Risks’ and after subsequently being awarded with an Erasmus Programme Scholarship, she later moved to Northern Ireland.

With her methodical, logical and analytical approach to achieving objectives, she carries out all tasks with enthusiasm and determination in order to ensure that they are carried out the highest standards and within given deadlines.

Outside of work Encarna enjoys hiking, cycling and regularly attends Bachata and Kizomba dance classes.
